Job summary

Amphenol RF is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our Southern California and Southwest territory, remotely based, with substantial travel. You will lead regional sales strategies, manage reps and distributors, and drive revenue across RF coaxial interconnect products nationwide.

This role requires 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in electronics, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while meeting aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of sales experience in electronic components or communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong computer skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional sales goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Plan and manage the region's sales efforts and budget.
• Maintain relationships with major accounts and develop new targets.
• Oversee reps and distributors; provide guidance and coaching.
• Forecast accurately and report region performance using CRM.
• Travel as needed (≥50%) to support customers and partners.
