Job summary

Amphenol RF is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to direct sales and account management for a designated territory. You will coordinate market intelligence, support portfolio development, and drive profitable growth with new and existing customers.

The role requires collaboration with engineering and purchasing, coverage of a wide product line including modules, antennas, harnesses, and ADAS, and substantial travel (at least 50%).

Qualifications

• Technical degree is highly preferred.
• Automotive APQP/PPAP experience is preferred.
• Interconnect/RF interconnect experience is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage regional sales efforts to build RFQ pipeline and achieve sales growth monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Lead sales activities within region to reach net new business objectives.
• Gather customer intelligence to adjust forecasts and support strategic pricing.
• Coordinate technical roadmap reviews and create sales opportunities with brand consistency.
• Develop annual budgets and portfolio strategies to expand business with Amphenol RF tech.
• Penetrate new customers and expand relationships with engineering and purchasing.
• Collaborate with APH sister divisions to provide complete interconnect solutions.
• Travel as required (minimum 50%).
• Support portfolio development, market trends, and cost-reduction initiatives for next-gen products.
