Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across an assigned multi-state region. You will lead direct and channel sales, engage OEMs and strategic accounts, and manage manufacturers’ representatives and distribution partners to meet regional growth objectives.

This role serves as the primary business leader for the territory, requiring 5+ years of technical sales experience and a BSEE or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical sales or technical account management experience.
• Proven experience selling into industrial and medical markets.
• Experience managing manufacturers’ representatives and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within the assigned region.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and advance sales opportunities; forecast in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with customers through regular face-to-face engagement.
• Collaborate with FAEs to identify product requirements and growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage manufacturers’ representatives and distribution partners.
• Provide initial commercial and technical support and coordinate escalations.
• Build cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and grow share.
• Travel as required to support customers and regional objectives.
