Job summary

Amphenol RF is seeking a Sales Project Engineer to direct sales and account management for a defined customer base, coordinating market intelligence and forecasting. You will promote profitable growth and work with engineering and purchasing to expand the product reach.

This role requires frequent travel and strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has automotive APQP/PPAP experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating product market intelligence and forecasts.
• Ability to negotiate and grow profitable business with new and existing customers.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for engineering and purchasing teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct sales activities to build RFQ pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth.
• Lead regional sales efforts to achieve net new business objectives with a strategy-to-win approach.
• Gather customer intelligence to adjust forecasts and align sales strategy with objectives.
