Job summary

Elevate, part of the Amrize family, seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive growth for Elevate and Genflex across a regional territory. You will develop strategic sales plans, lead a team of independent reps or Territory Sales Managers, and work with key Elevate/Genflex personnel to achieve revenue and margin goals.

You will forecast regional performance, coordinate with senior leaders, and ensure resources and training for reps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

Develop regional business plans driving share growth across target markets and product categories.
Understand Elevate's strategic direction and execute regional activities accordingly.
Collaborate with Sr. Sales Director, VP of Sales, RAM and SAM to drive revenue and margins.
Create regional sales plans with short- and long-term goals per market and key customers.
Forecast region and key accounts, provide insights on performance using Salesforce.
Manage Sales Reps and ensure compliance and performance across categories.
Monitor market trends, distribution and competitor activity, and report to senior leadership.
Lead by example and promote a culture of accountability and change management.
Participate in sales meetings, events, trade shows and large project closures.
Communicate health, safety and environmental policies across work environments.
