Job summary

Elevate, part of the Amrize family, seeks a Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead revenue growth for a regional territory across Elevate and Genflex. You’ll shape strategic plans, manage an indirect sales force, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue, square footage and margin goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant sales leadership experience in commercial roofing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Self-starter with motivation and drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to grow share across target markets and product categories.
• Understand Elevate strategic direction and execute regional activities accordingly.
• Collaborate with Sr. Sales Director, VP of Sales, RAM, SAM to drive growth.
• Create Regional Sales Plans with short- and long-term goals for target markets and key customers.
• Forecast region and key accounts using Salesforce and provide insights on performance.
• Lead and develop Sales Reps to ensure compliance and performance across products.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and product performance; report to leadership.
• Foster accountability, adapt to change, and lead by example.
• Participate in sales meetings, events, and large project closures.
• Support reps and accounts to close large jobs and convert key customers.
