Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue, market share, and profit growth for a regional territory across Elevate and Genflex. You will develop strategic sales plans, incentives, and oversee independent reps or Territory Sales Managers to meet annual targets.

You will partner with senior sales leadership, monitor contractors and pricing, forecast region performance in Salesforce, and drive regional business development through disciplined execution and clear accountability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across target markets.
• Execute regional activities aligned with Elevate strategy.
• Collaborate with Sr. Sales Director, VP of Sales, RAM, and SAM to drive share growth.
• Create a Regional Sales Plan with short- and long-term goals for each target market.
• Create an accurate regional forecast and provide insights using Salesforce.
