Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue, market share and profitability for Elevate and Genflex within the Southwest region, covering CA, NV, AZ, NM. You will coordinate independent reps or Territory Sales Managers, implement strategic plans, and drive growth aligned with company initiatives.

Responsibilities include forecasting, training, and supporting reps, assessing channels, and helping close large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across all target markets and product categories.
• Forecast region and key accounts using Salesforce.
• Lead and manage Sales Reps and Territory Sales Managers to achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive practices and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sr. Director and VP of Sales to drive regional strategy.
