Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue, market share and profit growth for Elevate and Genflex across the Southwest region, including CA, NV, AZ, NM. You will implement strategic sales plans with independent reps or Territory Sales Managers, driving growth and ensuring resources, training, and data support to the team.

The role collaborates with senior sales leaders to hit annual revenue and margin goals, using Salesforce to forecast and track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to drive share growth across target markets.
• Forecast region revenue, square footage, and contribution margin using Salesforce.
• Lead and manage Sales Reps to ensure performance across product categories.
• Collaborate with Sr. Director and VP of Sales to execute strategy.
