Elevate, part of the Amrize family, seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue growth across a regional territory for Elevate and Genflex. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build a high-performing sales force, and drive annual revenue, square footage, and contribution margin targets.

You'll collaborate with senior sales leaders and independent reps, monitor market trends, and use Salesforce to provide forecasting and insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional business plans to drive share growth.
• Execute regional activities aligned with Elevate's strategy.
• Lead regional sales team and manage reps/territory managers.
• Forecast region and key accounts using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to close large projects.
