Job summary

Elevate Regional Business Manager position within Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems (Amrize) is focused on driving growth across the East region. You will develop regional sales plans, manage independent reps and Regional Area Managers, and collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue, square footage and margin targets.

You will supervise sales channels, monitor market trends, and participate in management meetings and large project closures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• Motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across target markets and product categories.
• Lead independent sales reps and Regional Area Managers within the East region.
• Forecast regional performance and provide insights on customer and market trends.
• Collaborate with Senior Director of Sales, Product Management, Technical Services, Marketing, Operations, and reps to execute strategy.
• Participate in regional sales meetings, customer events, and large project closures.
