Elevate, part of the Amrize family, seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead revenue growth across a regional territory for Elevate and Genflex. You will develop strategic sales plans, set goals, and drive a capable sales force.

Working with senior leaders, you will forecast regional performance using Salesforce, manage reps, and close large projects while promoting safety and processes. This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of leadership, and a self-starter

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 8+ years sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in commercial roofing industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning abilities.

Mansioni

• Develop regional business plans that drive share growth across markets.
• Execute regional activities aligned with Elevate and Genflex strategy.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to drive share growth.
• Formulate a Regional Sales Plan with short- and long-term goals.
