Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of related management experience with 2+ direct reports. Travel up to 40% is expected; the role offers a hybrid work arrangement and an incentive plan.

• Experience managing two or more regular full-time employees, one exempt.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain balance among team members.

• Maintain Salesforce-based pipeline, activity management, and accurate forecasting.
• Develop product knowledge, pricing, and policy understanding; strengthen account strategies.
