Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team selling Canon’s full array of PPS products. The role prioritizes ethical standards and policy adherence while driving revenue and team development.

The candidate will use Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting, maintain product knowledge, and foster high-level strategies across large accounts with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
• Requires up to 40% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record) including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meets and/or exceeds revenue requirements set by management. Maintains balanced performance among all team members.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels as set by management. Attracts and retains key sales talent through effective HR processes.
• Develops personnel toward career advancement; enhances team members’ skills and knowledge.
• Uses Salesforce.com for pipeline, activity management, and accurate sales forecasting.
• Develops knowledge of Canon products, programs, pricing, and policies; strengthens expertise.
