Job summary

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain balanced performance among team members
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and attract/retain key sales talent through HR processes
Develop personnel toward career advancement and enhance skills and knowledge
Use Salesforce.com for pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Maintain proficiency on Canon products, programs, pricing and policies
Develop relationships and strategies for large accounts across procurement, finance, and IT
