Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Regional Production Manager to lead a sales team across US-TX (Irving) and US-IL (Chicago). The role drives revenue, staffing, and personnel development while maintaining Canon’s high standards and policies.

The position offers a full-time, hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 40%. Benefit programs, incentive opportunities, and transportation allowances are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one exempt).
• Must be able to travel up to 40% including overnights and weekends.
• Base salary range provided: $96,880–$145,090 annually; incentive compensation potential separate.

Responsibilities

• Meets and/or exceeds revenue requirements set by management; maintains balanced performance.
• Maintains staffing levels as set by management; attracts and retains key sales talent.
• Develops personnel toward career advancement and skill development.
• Implements sales management processes; uses Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Develops proficiency in Canon products, programs, pricing and policies.
• Builds relationships and develops strategies for large accounts across procurement, IT, and finance.
