Job summary

Canon USA in Irvine, CA seeks a senior sales leader to manage a team selling Canon’s full PPS portfolio (hardware, software, solutions, and services). You will maintain team unity, develop talent, and ensure ethical standards across all activities.

This role blends leadership with strategic account management and a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience and a track record of managing two or more full-time employees, including exempt

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in sales leadership.
• Experience managing two or more full-time employees (one exempt).

Responsibilities

• Meets and/or exceeds revenue requirements set by management. Maintains balanced performance among all team members.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels as set by management. Attracts and retains key sales talent through effective HR processes.
• Develops personnel toward career advancement. Improves team members' skills and knowledge across necessary areas.
• Implements sales management processes including use of Salesforce.com for pipeline and activity management.
• Maintains proficiency and knowledge of Canon products, programs, pricing, and policies.
• Develops relationships and leads high-level strategies for all large accounts within assignment, covering procurement, finance, IT, and Canon’s full array of hardware, solutions, and services.
