Job summary

Canon USA in Irving, Texas is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead a team selling Canon’s full PPS range—hardware, software, solutions, and services. You will maintain team unity, drive revenue, and forecast activity using Salesforce, while developing talent for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
• Requires up to 40% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).

Responsibilities

• Meets and/or exceeds revenue requirements set by management.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels as set by management and attracts/retains key sales talent.
• Develops personnel toward career advancement and builds team capabilities.
• Forecasts sales and manages pipeline using Salesforce.com.
• Maintains proficiency and knowledge of Canon products, programs, pricing, and policies.
• Leads development of high-level strategies for large accounts across procurement, finance, IT, and Canon’s hardware/services.
