You will foster unity, drive revenue, and ensure adherence to Canon policies. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience with team management are required, with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
• Requires up to 40% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary) including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meets and/or exceeds revenue requirements set by management. Maintains balanced performance among all team members.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels as set by management. Attracts and retains key sales talent through HR processes.
• Develops personnel toward career advancement and skill development.
• Implements sales management processes with Salesforce.com for pipeline, activity management, and forecasting.
• Develops relationships and strategies for large accounts across procurement, finance, and IT.
