Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Sales Leadership professional to manage a team selling Canon’s full range of PPS products. You will maintain unity, foster a positive culture, and ensure adherence to Canon policies. The role emphasizes revenue attainment, staffing, and strategic account leadership.

The position offers a hybrid work model in the United States, with up to 40% travel. Base salary ranges from $96,880 to $145,090 annually, plus incentive compensation based on quota attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
• Requires up to 40% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).

Responsibilities

• Meets and/or exceeds revenue requirements set by management.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels as set by management.
• Develops personnel toward career advancement.
• Uses Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Develops knowledge of Canon products, pricing, and policies.
• Leads development of high-level strategies for large accounts, covering procurement, finance, IT, and hardware solutions.
