Job summary

Stryker's Arterial Regional Manager in Portland, OR leads regional revenue growth, customer adoption, and operational excellence. You will develop Account Managers and build relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders to advance strategic goals.

You’ll own regional forecasts, develop business plans to expand market share, and coach teams to improve performance, pipeline management, and adherence to CRM and reporting standards in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Lead and develop Account Managers while building relationships with key customers, physicians, health systems, and stakeholders.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
