Job summary

Stryker seeks an Arterial Regional Manager to drive regional revenue growth, develop accounts, and lead Account Managers. This role builds relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to policy.

The candidate will own regional forecasting, develop business plans, and coach a team to meet targets, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to advance regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in medical device sales is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a medical device sales leadership role is preferred.
• Experience in peripheral vascular space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and relationships.
• Lead and develop Account Managers and regional leaders.
• Analyze performance, trends, and pipeline opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and meetings and report outcomes.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Collaborate with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
• Drive regional programs with regional leaders and field sales.
