Job summary

The Arterial Regional Manager at Stryker drives regional revenue growth, market development, and customer adoption while leading Account Managers. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, build strategic relationships with physicians and health systems, and ensure execution of business plans aligned with corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Experience in peripheral vascular space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and account base.
• Lead regional program development and strategic initiatives.
• Coach and develop Account Managers; address performance gaps.
• Maintain CRM usage, forecasting, and customer support processes.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings.
• Build cohesive working partnerships with senior regional leaders and Account Managers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics across the region.
