Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager in the United States to drive regional revenue growth, market development, and operational excellence. You will lead Account Managers, build relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders, and own forecasts and growth targets.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role
• Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain key talent.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
• Represent company at trade shows or educational meetings and complete necessary reports.
