Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager in the United States (Florida area) to drive regional revenue growth and market development. You will lead Account Managers, build relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across the region.

Responsibilities include owning regional revenue and forecasts, developing business plans, coaching the team, and maintaining effective CRM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
• Develop cohesive working partnerships with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
• Represent company at trade shows or educational meetings and complete reports.
