Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• 6+ years of medical device sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and customer relationships.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
