IMAGINiT Technologies, a Rand Worldwide division, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Manufacturing to drive revenue in mid-size to large enterprise accounts. You will lead a sales team, orchestrate account planning, and collaborate with partners to expand opportunities.

Strong leadership and a track record in software sales are essential. The role involves travel up to 50% within the region, with a base salary in the $90k–$110k range and significant OTE potential.

Qualifications

• Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience selling software solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.
• 3+ years in Sales Management managing sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, coach and develop outside sales professionals.
• Lead account planning sessions to retain and acquire customers.
• Conduct meetings to reinforce goals, utilize CRM, and set policy expectations.
• Manage activities by territory needs, sales calls, and proposals.
• Develop forecast reports and collaborate with corporate functions.
• Travel up to 50% within the region to support the team.
