Job summary

Rand Worldwide, via its IMAGINiT Technologies division, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager- Manufacturing in Morrisville, NC. You will lead a sales team to drive revenue across mid-size to large enterprise accounts, focusing on software solutions and digital transformation in manufacturing.

You will build pipeline, manage territory, coordinate with partners, and travel up to 50% to meet targets and close deals. A technical background and vendor relationships are valued.

Qualifications

• Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets.
• 3+ years in Sales Management leading software sales teams.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience selling software solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in a technical field such as IT or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop outside sales professionals.
• Lead account planning to retain and grow customers and opportunities.
• Conduct team meetings to set goals, leverage CRM, and communicate policies.
