Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager- Manufacturing to lead a sales team targeting mid-size to large enterprise accounts. You will drive revenue growth, manage pipeline, and collaborate with partners while traveling up to 50% within the region.

You will coach outside sales professionals, conduct account planning, and present forecasts to senior management. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of direct software sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct software solutions sales to mid-size and large enterprises.
• 3+ years in Sales Management leading software sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in IT or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish a plan to guide your team's long-term pipeline growth and consistently hit license, support, and service revenue targets.
• Hire, manage, coach and develop outside sales professionals.
• Lead account planning sessions to retain and grow customers and opportunities.
• Conduct team meetings to reinforce goals, use CRM, and set expectations.
• Manage activities by territory and approve proposals.
• Collaborate with partners and maintain positive relationships.
• Participate in quarterly/annual business reviews with customers.
• Strategize solutions with your team and customers leveraging multiple technologies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and meetings.
• Stay current with IMAGINiT and partner technologies and pass required certifications.
• Develop and present forecast reports to senior management; optimize resource use.
