Job summary

Rand Worldwide's IMAGINiT Technologies division seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead software revenue growth in manufacturing accounts. You will coach outside sales pros, drive pipeline, and coordinate with partners.

Expect up to 50% travel, focus on mid-size to large enterprise accounts, base salary $90k-$110k with uncapped commissions (OTE over $240k). 5+ years in software sales and 3+ years in sales leadership; bachelor's in a technical field preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience selling software solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.
• 3+ years in Sales Management managing sales professionals selling software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in a technical field such as IT or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, coach and develop the overall performance of outside sales professionals.
• Lead account planning strategy sessions aimed at retaining and acquiring customers and increasing business opportunities.
• Conduct meetings with the team to reinforce goals and objectives, utilize the CRM tool, and set clear expectations about policies and procedures.
• Manage sales professionals' activities by evaluating territorial needs, preparing and participating in sales calls, and approving proposals.
• Work closely with partners and maintain a positive working relationship.
• Participate in Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews with customers.
• Strategize with the team and customers around solutions leveraging various technologies to solve business challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on issues with the team.
