Job summary

Rand Worldwide’s IMAGINiT Technologies division seeks a Regional Sales Manager- Manufacturing to lead a high-performance sales team targeting mid-size to large enterprise accounts. You will drive revenue growth, orchestrate pipeline expansion, and manage strategic opportunities across manufacturing sectors.

The role emphasizes coaching, account planning, partner collaboration, and frequent travel to meet quarterly targets while delivering forecasted results to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; preferably in a technical field such as IT or Engineering.
• Measurable track record in new business development.
• 3+ years in Sales Management managing software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop outside sales professionals across the region.
• Lead account planning to retain and acquire customers and expand revenue.
• Manage territory needs, participate in sales calls and approve proposals.
• Work with partners and maintain strong relationships.
• Present forecast reports to senior management and drive pipeline growth.
• Travel up to 50% within the region to support the team.
