Job summary

Rand Worldwide, via its IMAGINiT Technologies division, seeks a Regional Sales Manager- Manufacturing to lead a sales team driving revenue in mid-size to large enterprise accounts. You will manage pipeline, pursue growth, and collaborate with partners across manufacturing tech sectors.

The role requires a track record in software solutions sales, 3+ years in sales management, and a technical degree. Expect up to 50% travel and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales team targets.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience selling software solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.
• 3+ years in Sales Management managing sales professionals selling software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in a technical field such as IT or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish plan to guide your team's pipeline growth and targets.
• Hire, manage, coach and develop outside sales professionals.
• Lead account planning strategy sessions to retain and grow customers.
• Manage territory needs, participate in sales calls, and approve proposals.
• Collaborate with partners and maintain positive relationships.
• Participate in quarterly/annual business reviews with customers.
• Strategize with team and customers around solutions leveraging various technologies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with follow-up calls and meetings.
• Stay updated on IMAGINiT and partner technologies and pass required exams.
• Develop and present forecast reports to senior management and optimize resource use.
• Travel up to 50% within the region.
