Moove North America, a leading lubricant distributor, seeks a Regional Sales Team Manager to lead ~7 Territory Sales Managers and drive regional sales strategies, pricing, and profitability.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations, Inventory, and Finance to meet growth targets, manage budgets, and nurture supplier relationships while traveling regionally.

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of sales leadership in lubricants preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior sales and/or leadership experience in commercial and industrial lubricants preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents.

• Lead, coach a regional sales team of ~7 Territory Sales Managers.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Manage territory performance, including forecasting and budget.
