The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth across industrial, commercial, and passenger vehicle markets.

• Establish territories, assignments, and goals to maximize market coverage.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Inventory, Finance and Pricing to support regional initiatives.
• Travel throughout the region, including overnight travel, as required.
