Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a field sales team supporting minimally invasive spine and pain management solutions. The role drives regional performance, business planning, and talent development across the territory.

You will coach sales reps, hire and onboard top talent, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives while monitoring performance metrics and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics.
• Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent for a high-performing team.
