Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager for Interventional Spine to lead and coach a field-based sales team focused on minimally invasive spine and pain management solutions. You will drive regional performance, recruit and develop talent, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic business plans.

This role requires building a high-performing sales culture, analyzing market opportunities, and monitoring metrics to meet regional objectives while traveling to customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics.
• Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to achieve regional sales objectives and territory performance goals.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team.
• Build and sustain a high-performing team culture with accountability and recognition.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with sales objectives and market opportunities.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, and customer activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching and professional development support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and address customer needs.
• Monitor key business metrics, forecasts, and sales performance to support regional goals.
