Job summary

Stryker Interventional Spine (IVS) in Indianapolis seeks a Regional Manager to lead a sales team focused on minimally invasive spine and pain management solutions. You will drive commercial execution, territory performance, and sales talent development.

You will partner with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to execute regional business plans, analyze market opportunities, monitor forecasts and performance metrics to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of professional sales experience, with 2+ years outside sales.
Experience developing regional or territory business plans and analyzing performance.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to hit regional objectives and territory performance goals.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent for a high-performing team.
Build and sustain a positive team culture with accountability and values.
Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with objectives and market opportunities.
Analyze territory performance, market trends, and customer activity to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching and professional development.
Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and customer support to execute initiatives and address needs.
Monitor key metrics, forecasts, and sales performance to achieve regional goals.
