Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a sales team covering the Interventional Spine portfolio in a defined U.S. territory. You will drive regional execution, coach field teams, recruit talent, and build business plans aligned with market opportunities.

You will partner with marketing, finance, operations, and support to ensure strong performance and customer engagement, while tracking key metrics and growth opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience and territory development.
• Experience analyzing sales performance and managing forecasts or budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to hit regional objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to build a high-performing team.
