Job summary

Stryker, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Regional Manager for Interventional Spine (IVS) to lead a field sales team across multiple territories and drive regional execution, coaching, and development.

You will partner with healthcare professionals to expand market share, build regional business plans, analyze territory performance, and coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, and customer support to deliver on regional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans.
• Experience analyzing sales performance and business metrics.
• Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other performance measures.
