Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a sales team delivering minimally invasive spine and pain management solutions. You will drive regional performance, coach reps, recruit talent, and align business plans with customer needs.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and monitor metrics to achieve regional goals, while shaping a high-performing culture and strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics.
• Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to achieve regional sales objectives.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team.
• Build and sustain a positive, high-performing team culture and reinforce company values.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with sales objectives and market opportunities.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to provide sales coaching and professional development.
• Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and customer support to execute initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics, forecasts, and sales performance to achieve regional goals.
