Job summary
Stryker’s Interventional Spine (IVS) division seeks a Regional Manager in Indianapolis to lead a sales team supporting minimally invasive spine and pain management solutions. You will drive regional execution, performance, and team development while partnering with healthcare professionals across your region.
You will recruit, coach, and develop top talent, build regional plans, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of professional sales experience.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience.
- Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans.
- Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics.
- Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to meet regional objectives.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent for a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive team culture with accountability and recognized achievements.
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with objectives.
- Analyze territory performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching and development support.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and support to drive initiatives.
- Monitor key metrics, forecasts, and sales performance to meet goals.
