Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager for Interventional Spine (IVS) to lead a field-based sales team focused on minimally invasive spine and pain management solutions. You will drive regional execution, coach representatives, recruit talent, and develop business plans in alignment with market opportunities.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing culture, analyzing territory performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve regional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics.
• Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to achieve regional objectives.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent.
• Build and sustain a high-performing team culture.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with objectives.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, and customer activity.
• Conduct regular field visits for coaching and development.
• Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and customer support.
