TalentSphere is assisting in recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for the Florida Territory. This remote-based role with travel supports growth across Florida and the broader southeastern United States, engaging customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

The candidate will develop territory strategy, manage complex sales cycles, and partner with internal teams to drive revenue through equipment and service opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience within industrial manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven success managing complex project sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long timelines.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout Florida and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers among end users, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage a CRM pipeline with project and service opportunities for growth.
• Lead meetings, presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations to educate stakeholders.
• Coordinate bid follow-up, tender reviews, and contract closeout with internal leadership.
• Forecast sales performance and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and installation teams to ensure project execution.
• Ensure timely proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
