• Hunter mentality with a passion for developing new business and winning competitive accounts.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Highly capable of managing a territory independently and travel roughly 50%.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Dealer Growth: Own sales performance across the territory and grow revenue, margin and product penetration with dealers.
• New Business Development: Prospect and develop new dealers and build a healthy pipeline.
• Field Sales Execution: Conduct dealer visits, present new products/programs, overcome objections and close business.
• Opportunity Management & Follow-Up: Track visits, quotes, trials, and commitments; move opportunities to orders.
