Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years outside sales experience within the assigned territory.
• Construction experience and installer/foreman or similar equivalent experience.
• Ability to make successful cold calls, qualify prospects, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate installation methods, features and applications of all RWC products.
• Plan territory sales with RSM and agencies to ensure market coverage.
• Sell to contractors, inspectors, engineers, architects, builders, distributors, and owner/developers.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecast quarterly.
• Keep Salesforce data current and update opportunities daily.
• Develop and implement a territory sales plan within budget.
