Job summary

Infra Pipes is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand sales across the US Southeast region, focusing on the Jacksonville area. You will manage distributor relationships, develop new accounts, and coordinate with manufacturing and customer teams to meet revenue targets.

The role requires travel up to 75% and a strong ability to work from a home office while building strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to Waterworks customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2 years outside sales experience in the field or related business.
• Proven success managing a distribution network and driving sustained sales growth.
• Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through distribution channels by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new accounts.
• Execute territory growth strategies, including pricing, freight optimization, product knowledge sessions, and promotional activities.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored, value-added solutions.
• Provide regular market intelligence and sales insights through forecasts, bi-weekly calls, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate product delivery and project execution with manufacturing and customer teams.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to ensure timely quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts for the region (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and track performance against projections.
