Job summary

Infra Pipes seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales across the US Southeast, with a focus on the Jacksonville area and our manufacturing location. You will expand distributor networks, develop new accounts, and drive revenue for Infra Pipes Waterworks products while coordinating with manufacturing and project teams.

You will travel up to 75% across the region, negotiate and manage relationships, and utilize CRM and MS Office to provide accurate forecasts and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years outside sales experience in field or related business.
• Proven success managing a distribution network and driving sustained sales growth.
• Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through distribution channels by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new accounts.
• Execute territory growth strategies, including pricing, freight optimization, product knowledge sessions, and promotional activities.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored, value-added solutions.
• Provide regular market intelligence and sales insights through forecasts, bi-weekly calls, and monthly reports.
• Represent Infra Pipes at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Coordinate product delivery and project execution with manufacturing and customer teams.
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to ensure timely quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts for the region (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and track performance against projections to ensure reliable revenue planning.
• Own full accountability for achieving regional financial targets, including revenue, gross margin, product mix and other key performance metrics.
