Astound Broadband LLC seeks a results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage a group of Direct Sales Representatives in a hybrid Texas role. You will coach, monitor performance, and collaborate on incentives while developing strong partnerships with property managers and local communities.

The role requires leadership experience in telecom or face-to-face sales, knowledge of sales processes, and the ability to drive customer acquisition and retention in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications direct sales or other face-to-face sales
• Knowledge of cable industry, regional communities, customers and staff
• Proven record of delivering above expected performance from sales teams
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a Direct Sales Representatives team
• Coach team through field ride-alongs and performance reviews
• Monitor progress to monthly and quarterly targets
• Collaborate on sales incentives and recognition programs
• Manage recruiting efforts and maintain headcount budgets
• Foster relationships with property managers and leasing agents
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
