Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Regional Business Leader to drive revenue growth across the Americas by leading reps, managing partnerships, and aligning with customers on strategic goals. You will coordinate pricing, discounts, and forecasting while delivering an exceptional sales and aftermarket experience.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive sales experience, and the ability to travel at least 50% of the time to support representatives and key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in engineering or a technical field.
• 10+ years in representative management or direct sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC/cooling towers is helpful.
• Experience in aftermarket or distributor sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional sales team and rep networks to meet revenue goals.
• Meet with reps to grow business and deliver extraordinary sales experiences.
• Manage territory pricing, discounts, and gross margins.
• Pursue strategic accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular forecasts and perform market assessments for the territory.
• Travel as necessary to support reps and customers.
