The role requires 7+ years of B2B sales experience, strong channel leadership, and the ability to negotiate and close major opportunities, with travel of ~50% of time.

• Develop and strengthen representative and dealer networks in the territory.
• Set territory sales goals and review performance with partners.
• Lead business reviews to evaluate pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Coach and develop independent sales representatives and channel partners.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for customers; pursue key accounts.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales to satisfy customers.
